A New Chapter in Empowerment: Announcing AdvitCare Horizon
To our valued community, partners, and friends,
Today, it is with immense pride and excitement that we announce the yet another major step in our journey. Through our non-profit arm, the AdvitCare Organization, we are thrilled to unveil AdvitCare Horizon. This will be a comprehensive, multi-faceted initiative designed to empower youth and young adults, providing them with the shelter, skills and support they need to thrive.
We recognize that the journey to independent, successful adulthood is not a straight line and many young people face unprecedented challenges, from housing insecurity and economic hurdles to a simple lack of supportive community spaces. Horizon is our answer to these challenges. It is not just a program; it is an ecosystem of care, opportunity, and stability.
The AdvitCare Horizon initiative will encompass five distinct, yet interconnected, divisions:
1. Horizon Shelters: A Safe Harbor When It’s Needed Most
We believe that every young person deserves a safe place to sleep and a supportive environment, especially during times of crisis. Horizon Shelters will provide a welcoming, immediate harbor for youth aged 13 and older who are in need of emergency housing or simply a space for a crucial "crisis reset."
These shelters will be more than just a roof over their heads. We will offer comfortable beds, nutritious hot meals and a dedicated, compassionate team committed to ensuring both physical and emotional safety. Horizon Shelters are designed to be a soft landing pad, allowing young people to catch their breath and find stability during turbulent times.
2. Horizon TLP: The Bridge to Independent Adulthood
For young adults aged 17 and older who are preparing to take the next step toward independence, we are launching the Advitcare Horizon Transitional Living Program (TLP). This program is designed to be a bridge, transitioning young people from reliance on support systems to confident, stable adulthood.
Residents in the TLP will live in a supportive, community-based environment. Here, they will not just reside; they will master essential real-world skills. Our curriculum and support staff will guide them through financial budgeting, career development, educational pursuits, and vital mental wellness practices. The Horizon TLP is about building the foundation for a lifetime of success.
3. Horizon Studio: Affordable Spaces for Focused Futures
The soaring cost of living is a significant barrier for many young people trying to establish themselves. Horizon Studio is our solution to this growing crisis. We will provide affordable, independent living spaces tailored specifically for students and working young adults.
These studios are designed to be quiet, secure environments where individuals can focus entirely on their goals, whether that’s finishing a degree or launching a career, without the overwhelming burden of exorbitant rent. Horizon Studio offers the peace of mind necessary to build a future.
4. Horizon Forge: Building Careers and Connections
Empowerment means providing the right tools for the job. Horizon Forge is our dedicated workshop for the future. This initiative is focused entirely on practical, actionable career preparation.
At the Forge, young people will get the skills, the gear, and the crucial connections needed to land a real, sustainable career. We will offer everything from fundamental resume building and interview prep to specialized training in digital arts and various trade skills. Horizon Forge is where ambition meets opportunity.
5. Horizon Nexus: Community, Connection, and Care
Sometimes, what a young person needs most is simply a place to belong during the day. Horizon Nexus will be a casual, daytime hangout spot designed to meet immediate, practical needs while fostering connection.
The Nexus is a place where youth can drop in to grab a snack, wash their laundry, use the Wi-Fi for schoolwork or job hunting, or simply relax. More importantly, it’s a space where they can find someone who actually listens and has their back. It is the beating heart of the Horizon community.
Where We Are Going
The need for these services is not confined to one city or one country. Therefore, AdvitCare Horizon is launching with a bold, international vision.
We are actively working to establish these crucial facilities across a wide network of locations, with the goal of opening our first doors hopefully by the end of 2026. Our initial rollout plans target multiple regions to ensure we can reach as many young people as possible:
The United States: We are looking to open Horizon facilities in key states, including New Mexico, Texas, Florida, Virginia, New York, California and Wyoming.
The Caribbean and South America: We are committed to establishing a strong presence in Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, and Grenada.
Europe: Our vision extends across the Atlantic, with plans to open locations in the United Kingdom and France.

AdvitCare Horizon is a monumental undertaking, and we cannot do it alone. As we move forward with establishing these shelters, programs and spaces, we invite you to join us. To Our Valued Clients, Partners and Community,
We are writing to inform you of a significant change in how AdvitCare and its affiliated entities will engage with the public online. Effective August 25th, AdvitCare, along with all of its subsidiaries—including, but not limited to, AdvitCare Organization, AdvitCare Housing, AdvitCare Nourish, AdvitCare Academy, and all other current and future entities under the AdvitCare umbrella—will permanently discontinue the use of most services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. This primarily includes, but is not restricted to, our presence on Facebook and Instagram.
This decision was not made lightly. We recognize that these platforms have historically been important channels for communication, community building and sharing updates about our services. However, AdvitCare is fundamentally committed to prioritizing the authenticity of our interactions, the security of our community and the integrity of the care we provide.
Our decision to depart from Meta services is based on several escalating concerns that no longer align with our organizational values:
The Over-Saturation and Forced Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We have observed a concerning shift toward the mandatory implementation of AI across Meta’s platforms. While we acknowledge the potential of technology, the forced integration of AI into core user experiences, such as customer service interactions and automated content reviews, detracts from the human-centric approach that is vital to AdvitCare’s mission. We believe our community deserves genuine, human connection, especially in the sensitive areas we serve. Including the AI driven false suspensions and appeal reviews to multiple individuals who have built a platform.
Platform Use With Bad Intentions: The Facebook and Instagram platforms have become a breathing ground for promoting and spreading oversexualized content to the underage world, and in many cases also promoting content of the underage users in harmful ways. Additionally, Meta's failure to take action against this.
Ongoing and Unresolved Data Privacy Controversies: The persistent controversies surrounding Meta’s handling of user data remain a critical issue. The privacy and security of our clients and community members are paramount. We can no longer in good conscience direct our stakeholders to platforms whose data practices continually raise ethical and security concerns.
Erosion of Authentic Engagement: The increasing reliance on algorithmic curation and automated interactions has made it increasingly difficult to foster genuine community engagement. We want to ensure that when you interact with AdvitCare, you are interacting with real people dedicated to your well-being.
Lack of Meaningful Oversight: We are concerned about the transparency and effectiveness of the oversight mechanisms governing content moderation and user safety on these platforms, particularly as they increasingly rely on automated systems.
We understand that this transition may cause inconvenience for those who rely on Facebook and Instagram for updates and communication regarding AdvitCare’s services. We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. We are actively developing and expanding alternative, secure, and direct channels for communication and community engagement.
We do not anticipate reversing this decision in the foreseeable future, as our commitment to authentic interaction and data privacy remains steadfast.
We will be sharing detailed information soon regarding how you can stay connected with AdvitCare Organization, AdvitCare Housing, AdvitCare Nourish, AdvitCare Academy, and all our services moving forward.

AdvitCare is deeply saddened by the devastating earthquakes that have struck Venezuela and the profound impact on its people. In response to this catastrophic event, we are announcing a $50 million donation to support immediate and long-term relief efforts.
To ensure rapid and effective assistance, the AdvitCare Organization has already begun mobilizing our specialized relief teams:

Since the founding of AdvitCare, part of our mission has been simple but profound: to innovate, to care, and to make a meaningful difference in the lives we touch across all our subsidiaries and programs. Since being elected CEO, I have learned those values every single day. I am constantly inspired by the dedication, passion and brilliance I see from our teams every single day. You are the heartbeat of this company and our organization.
As CEO, my focus is always on the long-term vision and the sustainable impact we can achieve together. AdvitCare is in a remarkably strong position; our programs are thriving and our reach continues to expand globally and within different sectors. We are not just building companies; we are building a legacy of positive change.
Because of this strong foundation and because my personal needs are more than met, I have decided to adjust my compensation structure. Effective immediately, I will be reducing my salary as CEO of AdvitCare and its subsidiaries to $1 per month.
This decision is not driven by financial necessity for the company, but by a personal conviction. The wealth I value most is the progress we make together. The resources that would have been allocated to my salary will instead be redirected straight back into AdvitCare’s core initiatives—funding vital research, expanding our community outreach programs and investing further in the incredible talent that drives our success.
I want to be clear: this is an investment in us. It is an investment in the programs that matter so deeply to our communities and an investment in the shared future we are building.

As you know, the Government shutdown is affecting salary transfers due to the IRS and other monetary agencies being understaffed during the shutdown. Please note that, your salary will be delayed but they are not stopped.
We understand the fear as many companies have halted salaries or fired individuals completely during the shutdown, but rest assure, your employment and salary is safe.
We ask that you give us extra time as we send out salaries. We are limited to a certain amount a day and will cause massive delays, like most companies being affected by the shutdown.

Effective from 22nd January 2025, all AdvitCare clients in the Unitd States will experience a 30% increase in service fees. This adjustment is necessary due to the upcoming tariffs expected to be introduced by President Trump's administration, which will significantly impact business operations and overall costs within the United States.
Why This Change is Necessary?
The anticipated tariffs will result in higher expenses across several operation areas, including supply chain logistics and compliance. While we have made every effort to absorb previous increases in cost, the scale of these new tariffs leaves no alternative but to adjust you pricing structure to maintain the standard of services you rely on.
This increase will be automatically applied to all invoices generated after the effective date. For new clients, the revised rates will apply immediately upon registration in January 2025.

AdvitCare wishes to inform all prospective loan applicants of a significant update to our loan policies, effective immediately. From this date forward, all individuals, companies, other businesses, and organizations located within the United States will be permitted to secure only one loan per calendar year. This restriction applies universally across all categories of applicants without exception.
It is important to note that this updated policy is effective from the date of this notice and applies to all new loan applications submitted thereafter. Applications that were filed prior to the issuance of this notice will not be impacted by the new restriction and will continue to be processed according to the terms and conditions in place at the time of their submission.
We understand that this adjustment may require some applicants to revise their financial planning strategies. This policy is part of AdvitCare's broader efforts to address the changing financial crisis of the United States.
